This program is executed by the multidisciplinary team from the Lutheran University Center of Palmas (abbreviated in Portuguese as CEULP/ULBRA) and intends to monitor resettled families in urban and rural areas to evaluate the evolution of their quality of life. The team is composed of professionals from economics, agronomy, administration, pedagogy, sociology and social service, counting on general coordination and participation of university students.

Semestral campaigns were completed and technical and scientific reports were generated, used for the benefit of the resettled so that any shortcomings in the program implementation process could be corrected. These reports were sent to licensing agencies and companies involved in resettlement technical assistance. The monitoring extended to the end of 2006 and was completed with the issuance of the final monitoring report.
